The Overseas Examinations Commission (OEC), supports the government’s efforts to discourage the congregation of persons in response to the presence of the CoVid-19 disease in Jamaica and has made adjustments to its operations accordingly. These adjustments are geared to the protection of our staff and publics from unnecessary exposure.

As a result of the confirmed cases of COVID-19 on the island, the Overseas Examinations Commission (OEC) wishes to advise all registered candidates of Post-Secondary Examinations (written or online) that your examinations are still scheduled according to your individual dates.

However, the OEC requests that candidates self-isolate, make contact with the Ministry of Health & Wellness if required and reschedule their exam with the Examining Body if:

Certificates are available to be collected by Private Candidates who sat CXC examinations - CSEC and CAPE - from January 2013 to January 2018 at our offices in Kingston and Montego Bay, St. James.

Proof of identification (Passport, Driver's Licence or National ID) and the Preliminary Result Slip are required for collection.  

Candidates who do not have their Preliminary Result Slip, will be required to state where and when they sat the examinations.

You will need to take along with you the following documents to collect your Certificate(s):-
