It has been about three years since I last sit an exam at OEC. I must say things have improved a lot. Firstly, we are now provided with lockers to put our personal belonging. This is way more convenient than placing your belonging randomly on a table. Second, we were provided with water which has not always been the case. The invigilator was professional in their conduct. Big kudos to OEC.

My 1st time there, I was surprised to see the many cameras PearsonVue required in the lab #MiNervous. Customer service really knew how to get you in the ideal state of mind.

Growing up, I had a fear of exams, to the point where I would feel sick before, during and after. When I realized that I needed to do an IELTS exam at the Overseas Examinations Commission, that same fear from when I was growing up kicked in. However, when I arrived early for my exam, the staff was so welcoming and courteous, even offering words of encouragement. For the first time sitting an exam, I felt at peace going in.
I am a public figure, and persons may say "oh it's because they know you". HOWEVER, I had a mask on, and it wasn't until I was leaving that some persons recognised me, as I had removed my mask to take a photo. This made my experience SO MUCH BETTER, because I was positive that the treatment I received was a part of the culture at OEC.

I have visited OEC on several occasions and I am fairly satisfied with their customer service. The facilities are satisfactory and they even have a training room that can be booked to host events.
Got thru pretty fast, their staff is very courteous, facility well kept. Very clean restroom, always a God send to find clean restrooms when you're on the road.
