Michelle Walford – Projects Manager

Michelle Walford, is the Projects Manager at the Overseas Examinations Commission since January 2018. With over fifteen (15) years’ extensive experience managing developmental projects in diverse organizations, she is passionate about personal, organizational and societal transformation.

She is a Certified Behavioural Coach, having completed the International Coaching Federation’s approved programme and volunteers her time to local foundations assisting unattached youths to complete secondary school and to matriculate to university.

Ms Walford holds a MBA – General Management and a B.Sc. in Management and Psychology; both from the University of the West Indies, and a Diploma in Teacher Education from The Mico Teachers’ College. She’s currently pursuing the Project Management Professional Certification.
