Dr. Audrey Allen – Manager of Human Resource & Administration
Dr. Audrey Allen is the Manager of Human Resource and Administration with responsibility for the execution of all human resource functions within the Overseas Examinations Commission. She joined the Commission in January 2017. Dr. Allen has over ten (10) years of experience and has a passion for people. She earned the Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, and her research work focuses on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Culture.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University along with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She also possesses a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Professional Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training Development Institute, with outstanding skills to stimulate the adult learner.
Dr. Allen is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ), the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA)
