Data Protection Officer [Contract]

Job SUMMARY: To support the Overseas Examinations Commission’s strategic objectives by monitoring compliance and data practices internally to ensure the business and its functions comply with the applicable requirements under the provisions of the Data Protection Act. The Data Protection Officer is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the data protection and privacy framework of the Overseas Examinations Commission to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act (and Regulations) and associated best practices.
